Leonard Voke is a human wizard who was formerly the apprentice of Dea. By 1762 ADW, he held the rank of Archmage of Jixaron.

Leonard was assigned as Dea's apprentice shortly after her return to Arpaton Academy. He went with Dea and Rahim on the expedition that rediscovered the ruins of old Jixaron, and joined Dea and the other Arpaton Academy faculty and students that left for Jixaron when they restarted the city/school. Leonard was present at the Seven Year War Peace Talks, where he stayed to the side with Dea and Skulk.

Later, in 1762 ADW, Leonard traveled to the Cardinal's Reach guildhall in Allum. Here he hired Meat Squad to travel to the Astral Crash to retrieve a divine spark to restart the Bastion of the Eye. He teleported the party to Valenhomme after some mishaps. He met with the party again in Khaz-Orog where they delivered the spark to him, he asked Kara to join the party, and he teleported them back to Jixaron where he rewarded them with a house. Leonard would continue to work with Meat Squad on further adventures. He identified the void items the party found, and secured the ones the party decided not to keep in Jixaron's vaults. After the attack on Chak's manor, Leonard allowed Jaing's family to stay in Jixaron. This was until Jixaron was attacked by Duzgredar, before which Leonard once again spoke with Meat Squad.
