The Treaty of Shatterpoint is a treaty that defined and started the Order of the Eclipse. It opened trade between its members, created a plan for an annual meeting of world leaders, set some rules for all members to follow (such as non-aggression between members), and set a framework for future treaties and laws to be created. It was written by Marble with input from the Eclipse, Jaing Chak, and other world leaders. Despite the name, the treaty was actually signed in Allum.
Negotiations
The Eclipse was going and meeting individually with leaders of the world's nations to arrange a peace talk when war broke out between the Alliance and Dark Pact. Emergency peace talks were arranged quickly at Shatterpoint in the far south of the Realm of Ice. Leaders met here and discussed a potential peace treaty until Sythus attacked, causing the meeting to be moved to Allum.
Below is a list of all attendees of that peace talk, and whether they signed the treaty or not.
