Aronil Shimmerene is an artificer who was a student at the Apex of Innovation with Koi. He helped Koi design the Void Link Inciter, specifically the mechanical arm parts of it that allow it to be used as a prosthetic. After graduating, he was invited to join the Clockwork City.
