The Stank Bitches briefly acquired one of these. After much deliberating over what would be the best thing to do with it, Maxwell sneaked off on his own with it and gave it to then-demigod Kelemvor.
After fighting Blibdoolpoolp, Crustean De'Var briefly acquired her divine spark, but then shattered it in her hand in front of her in a super badass way.
Meat Squad ventured into the Astral Crash to retrieve a divine spark, which they delivered to Leonard Voke who saw that it was used to reactivate the Bastion of the Eye.
