He was sent to the brief border conflict between Wuxia and Skaalgluvic as a new recruit, and was found barely alive in the trenches during a faked battle led by Captain Toru Kama.
He was last seen in the Cardinal's Reach guildhall in Allum, having recently joined the guild.
