Great Cybix Tower

An impossibly large tower tower that can be seen from anywhere around the world. It is their hub for experimentation both humane and inhumane ones alike. Those with lightning blood are used as batteries and those that are symbiotic hosts are examined and recreated with things that it should not work with. They are willing to share their discoveries with the rest of the world for “free” they do seem to have an ulterior motive however.
