Arachnie are large spider like creatures that live deep in between the surface and the underdark, deep in the sewers of Gothica. There exists a kingdom of arachnie that have taken over the ruins of Old Gothica.

They often value power and their time between the Underdark and the Surface has made them vicious and dangerous. So Arachnie are more often evil than not if they aren't from Old Gothica.
