Surkesh

Surkesh is an old, grizzled combat-Paladin who served in the Bloody Seven under the oath of an unknown God. All that's known of Surkesh's service record is that he supposedly fought under Skulk Greymind as part of the Ironback Battalion. There's a long gap between Surkesh's military career, and his time on Sankofa where he eventually became Barbatos' mentor and trained him in the ways of the Paladin. Any attempts to speak with Surkesh about his history, military or otherwise, have been met with grunts or vulgar taunts.
