Commodore Shatterfury, much like his adventuring-name, is a man larger than life. Entrepreneur, businessman, and storyteller, Shatterfury was responsible for the commercialization and marketing of adventuring parties during the age of Heroes. He believed that if an adventuring party or hero wanted a reputation worth their work, they had to know how to get the word out. Shatterfury started by funding publishing houses and printing presses dedicated to telling the stories of the heroes of the time. He played on the glamorous tales that hooked avid readers and released collectible cards he called Heroes of the Realm, an extremely addicting, and lucrative project that went bankrupt after the Sankofa Accords. While some think Shatterfury is nothing more than a blowhard who enjoys ranting about his success, the heroes who fought with him tell tales of Shatterfuries impressive dueling skills with a sword and pistol. A crafty, talkative, observant gunslinger who was likely to offer you a cigar after putting a bullet in your leg a mile away.
Shatterfury has run into Croak and Dagger twice, once during a party at his mansion in Mournstead, and a second time once he reintroduced the new and improved Heroes of the Realm card game.
