Oraan

Oraan is a hobgoblin gangster.

In 818 GE, Oraan was under the employ of Vask Sil, managing a crew of goblinoids in a warehouse in New Stormcastle. When the Second Party arrested him, their guildmaster Kathleen Darby said they had to release him, that he was under the "protection" of Lord Sil. The party uncovered that he was also working for Dark Moon on the side, smuggling artifacts through Sil's warehouse. When they revealed this to Vask, he cut off all ties and ended Oraan's protection. The party then arrested Oraan from his penthouse home in the Mr. Lucky's Lucky 13 Hotel and Casino and detained him in the holding cell in the basement of the New Stormcastle Lawbringers' Guild guildhall.

In 823 GE, Oraan was working for the Xanathar Guild. His job was to keep record of all visitors to Skull Island from a desk at the dock on the Saurgauth River. He met TGA along with Fang and Barthea Koth when they arrived and took their information before Nihiloor came out to greet the party personally.

He is a little short for a hobgoblin, with slicked black, greasy black hair and stubble. He usually wears a black button-up shirt.
