Chromatic cultists

While in Drain after leaving Kord Koldar, the party was attacked by a group of five dragonborn cultists. They are part of the Dark Moon, under the direction of Clifford A. Tarvoh.

One of them, the blue dragonborn Rhogar, was captured along with the party by the Academy when teleporting to New Stormcastle. He revealed he was after the dagger Scorch found in Kord Koldar. Shortly after, he was killed by Scorch.

It was later learned that these cultists were involved with the attack on the temple to Bahamut in Goldmask that Brother Elijah and Leo Albright were framed for. This was the theft of the Black Dragon Claw which was delivered to Tarvoh in Galoth's Garden.
