While in Drain after leaving Kord Koldar, the party was attacked by a group of five dragonborn cultists. One of them, the blue dragonborn Rhogar, was captured along with the party by the Academy when teleporting to New Stormcastle. He revealed he was after the dagger Scorch found in Kord Koldar. Shortly after, he was killed by Scorch.
