'''Oraan''' is a hobgoblin gangster. He formerly had ties to the [[Dark Moon]], and has since been apprehended by the party and resides in the holding cell in the basement of the [[New Stormcastle Lawbringers' Guild]] guildhall.

In addition to the Dark Moon, he also had ties to [[Vask Sil]]. When the party revealed to Vask that he was working with the Dark Moon, Vask cut off these ties.

Oraan normally lives in a penthouse in [[Mr. Lucky's Lucky 13 Hotel and Casino]].

He is a little short for a hobgoblin, with slicked black, greasy black hair and a little pencil mustache. He usually wears a black button-up shirt.
