The Borderspine Mountains are a mountain range on the border of Undaris and Skaalgluvic. At one point, they were the border of the Evermest territory.

A hidden Collective lab was found beneath an observation post in the mountains and was found by Meat Squad while looking for the Undarian Three. Later, Sunrise would found the town of Anville close to the mountain range.
