Zarkor

Zarkor is a hobgoblin artificer and member of the Cardinal's Reach Party. He was formerly an investigator in Aakarii.

During his time on the police force he practiced in interrogations. Now he invents things, such as his repeating crossbow and his steel defender, Jasper.
