Ygrid Ironborn

Ygrid Ironborn was a goliath paladin, member of the Stank Bitches, champion of Kelemvor, The Tower, Hand to the Queen, and Iron Lord.

Biography

Ygrid woke up on an island with Eliza Wintersong and Albrich Hammerheart where she first encountered the effects of Vecna. She gave up her clan tattoo here to save Albrich's life. She later became a follower of Kelemvor and joined the Stank Bitches as a cleric in Arpaton City. She took part in defeating Alison.

After adventuring, she reunited the goliath clans and made an alliance with Gremala Drathos. This alliance started off shaky, but eventually became Jotunrath. She was involved in starting the Bloody Seven, and lead the goliaths with Drathos and Boudeca Warborn. At the end of the was she was killed by former ally Rahim Alavir.

She married Torrid Half-Hand and they are the parents of Runa Stormborn.

After death, Kelemvor often called upon Ygrid, including when dealing with Super Orphan Squad. Dea later called in Ygrid to help Super Orphan Squad fight the Mind Bender in its realm.
