Aela Stormcaller was a goliath fighter/rogue, leader of House Stormcaller, and ally and friend of Ygrid Ironborn.

During the Seven Year War, the previous leader of House Stormcaller died in a naval battle against the Thenalion Empire. This resulted in internal chaos within the house as there was no heir and no leadership. Aela took charge by going directly to a meeting of Ygrid, Drathos, and Boudeca Warborn and declared herself the new head of House Stormcaller, as she would be the one to take action. Later in the war she fought aside Ygrid even entering a portal to the Death Dells, Yeenoghu's layer of the Abyss. She would die there, fighting off gnolls as Ygrid escaped.

After her death, she would be a guest at the Dearly Departed Party.
