Ashro Nor was an aasimar (seemingly human) cleric of The Fury and member of the wealthy Nor family.
During the Seven Year War, he was part of a team of clerics called the Mourning Suns that was sent to Jotunrath to aid the wounded. He healed soldiers of both sides and encouraged them to continue fighting.
After the war he was shown a vision from his god of someone with a furious passion who needed revenge, who Ashro was tasked with helping. He journeyed back to Jotunrath to find Ivar Warborn beaten nearly to death by Runa Stormborn. Ashro healed Ivar, saving his life.
