Samir Hammerheart was a half-dwarf bard.

Samir Hammerheart was the son of Albrich Hammerheart and Layla Whitestone. Once he was an adult he moved from Daxlorg to Sandstone Harbor, where he was a soldier. He became friends with Rahim Alivir during this time. He remained a soldier until an attack made him lose his arm. He retired and learned to play guitar, strumming with his artificial hand. He became a bard. When the drow attacked the King and Queen of Al-Harim, he helped Rahim to defend them.

Later when the Seven Year War broke out, he came out of retirement to be a soldier once again, fighting in Jotunrath. He was originally commanded by Corporal Griffon Harper and Military Officer Nagito Kamoshida. Things quickly went bad, and after Nagito's death, Samir and Griffon made their way to another fort. Later he nearly died and had to be taken away on a medic ship. The ship was then attacked by the Crimson Company, he blew up the ship before they could attack a city with it. He was killed by this.

After his death, he would be a guest at the Dearly Departed Party.
