Ixsithil is a big evil dragon.
He worked with Alison and became an enemy of the Stank Bitches. He later forced them to agree to a deal in which he would take over The Naterlands then leave them alone. This especially drew the ire of Dea.
He had some dealings with Super Orphan Squad. They called him into the Mind Bender's realm to help fight the Mind Bender.
Spearbreaker went to a shadowy planet the entire population of which was undead ruled by Ixsithil. They may or may not have later gone back and killed him.
