Ygor Vectress is a vampire sorcerer, member of the Cardinal's Reach Party, and member of the Vectress family.
Ygor was born hundreds of years before the campaign as an elf, but became a vampire. He made Jaing Chak into a vampire in an attempt to save his life from an avalanche.
Ygor uses the Chalice of Blood which he can fill with any blood he has tasted, including the blood of Jaing or a Doku child.
