The '''Treaty of Shatterpoint''' is a treaty that defined and started the [[Order of the Eclipse]]. It opened trade between its members, created a plan for an annual meeting of world leaders, set some rules for all members to follow (such as non-aggression between members), and set a framework for future treaties and laws to be created. It was written by [[Marble]] with input from the [[Eclipse]], [[Jaing Chak]], and other world leaders.
Despite the name, the treaty was actually signed in [[Allum]].

==Negotiations==
The [[Eclipse]] was going and meeting individually with leaders of the world's nations to arrange a peace talk when war broke out between the [[Alliance]] and [[Dark Pact]]. Emergency peace talks were arranged quickly at [[Shatterpoint]] in the far south of the [[Realm of Ice]]. Leaders met here and discussed a potential peace treaty until [[Sythus]] attacked, causing the meeting to be moved to [[Allum]].

Below is a list of all attendees of that peace talk, and whether they signed the treaty or not.
