A city that chose to claim land in the center of the continent long ago to assert their dominance and attempt to take full control. This city only allows humans to live and only human looking races are welcome fondly, anything else that comes to the city isn't exactly treated nicely. However, thanks to the efforts of President Varys Whiterose he has greatly helped Humanity in its efforts of being more accepting of non humans.
