	A planet of nothing but warriors. They never advanced warfare on their planet to reach the creation of small person wielded guns. They know what they are but they see them as primitive weapons that take the fun out of combat. They feel a fight isn't well fought if it isn't a struggle and guns make fights go by too fast. That being said, their ships do have guns and missiles because they are a necessity in ship to ship combat.
