Ildrya constantly studied both magic and combat to the point that she would pass out from exhaustion. Fortunately for her, Adelard would always be nearby to either cheer her on or to make sure she recovers and not over exert herself. Over time the two would develop feelings for each other but neither would try to pursue, despite enjoying each other company. At some point the two had split paths; Adelard and his secret quest to find Maria, and Ildrya with family business.

During the first campaign, her and Adelard briefly got together, however, this ended promptly after Adelard made a deal with [[Lilia Morningstar]] to give her the souls of his next two children in exchange for the info to kill the Light Eater.
