You have made your pact with an entity of nebulous form. While their motives may differ, the shapechangers are known for altering their appearance to decieve or changing their body at their whim to give them an edge. Shapechanging entities that may make pacts with warlocks include elder oblexes, powerful slaadi, the demon lord Graz'zt, the deity Malar from the Forgotten Realms, or Lazav from Ravnica.

Fluid Appearance
Starting at 1st level, you gain the ability to change your appearance. As an action, you can decide what you look like, including your height, weight, facial features, sound of your voice, hair length, coloration, and distinguishing characteristics, if any. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your statistics change, and you can't appear as a creature of a different size than you.
Sudden Shapechange
Starting at 1st level, you can altar the fundamentals of your body. As a bonus action, you can altar your body in various ways. Choose one of the following modifications:
You extend your arms to abnormal length. All melee attacks you make have their range increased by 5 feet.
Your legs split into extra legs while running. Your walking speed increases or decreases by 10 feet.
Your body shrinks or grows. Your size category increases or decreases by one.
Your eyes grow and your pupils widen. You have darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. If you already have darkvision, its range increases by 30 feet. In addition, you can add your Charisma modifier to Perception checks.
You sprout gils and grow webbing between your fingers, adapting your body to an aquatic environment. You can breathe underwater and gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.
This transformation lasts until the start of your next turn.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your warlock level. When you finish a short or long rest, you regain all expended uses.
Shapechanger's Polymorph
At 6th level you learn the Polymorph spell. This counts as a Warlock spell for you. When you cast this spell, the target can instead be transformed into any non-humanoid creature whose challenge rating is equal to or less than their level divided by 3, rounded down. You can cast this spell on yourself spell without expending a spell slot, instead expending five uses of Sudden Shapechange.
Superior Shapechange
At 10th level you have learned to change the shape of yourself and others in further ways. You gain the following modification options for your Sudden Shapechange ability:
Your fists increase to giant size. Your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d8 bludgeoning damage on a hit. In addition, when you hit an enemy with an unarmed strike, they must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be knocked back 5 feet.
Your body morphs out of the way of attacks, or into them. Increase or decrease your AC by 2.
You sprout wings above your arms. You gain a flying speed of 60 feet. If you already have a flying speed, it instead doubles.
Your body squeezes to a point. You can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch without squeezing.
Shared Adaptation
Starting at 14th level, when you use your Sudden Shapechange ability, you can choose a second modification. This can be the same as the first. This second modification can be applied to you, or a creature within 30 feet of you. An unwilling creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC to resist this effect.
In addition, when you roll initiative and have no uses of Sudden Shapechange remaining, you regain 1d4 uses.
