William Harper

William is the youngest, estranged Harper brother and a powerful magnetic sorcerer. His only encounter with Croak and Dagger was with Barbatos in the form of a direct warning. The second Barbatos or his friends stepped out of line again, the Reavers would find them. William wrenched Barbatos's armor off of him, then proceeded to wring him like a wet rag. William has only been mentioned on the lips of a few passing citizens otherwise.
