The only thing known about the Reavers is their name. Barbatos encountered them after he struck one of their members with a rock. The incident earned him a visit from what appeared to be everyday farmers and vendors. The man with them,William Harper, confronted Barbatos and quickly incapacitated him with a warning. "We're watching you."
