Jaonos Wynlana Uriquinal Sul'Lumaer is the sovereign leader of the High Elves of Val-Adin, with a hundred-year rule that began with the election of his father the profound scholar Xeuradel Windhelm. Jaonos is an ostentatiously dressed leader with expensive tastes, evident by the gold superstructures that make up the richest boroughs of Val-Adin.
