Croak and Dagger first encountered Aela when Logan Karstark had offered them passage on his ship. They quickly learned that the ship belonged to the Stormcallers, a family of storm-worshipping naval Goliaths. Aela, their Lord, chased Croak and Dagger down with no difficulty. Given the option of surrendering the ship and Logan, or paying for their very minor role, Croak and Dagger surrendered Logan to Aela.
Backstory
Aela was one of the four leaders of the Goliath Uprisings, during which she summoned a Kraken to lay siege to the Dwarvish capital of Stonegraad. Later renamed Krakenrock.
