Appearance
Levi is a tall Aasimar with pale skin, brown hair with a silver streak, and orange eyes. He has a slender yet toned body.
Levi typically wears a purple and black button down shirt with one button to expose his chest and abs with a vest with fishnets and two pentagram patterns on his chest and abs. He wears a boa that appears to look like the stars in the sky when it is looked at closely. He wears two belts with a charred cloak hanging on his hip, he wears half a pair of pants with a hip high fishnet stocking under a cut hip high leather hip high stocking.
Personality
Levi is very mysterious and very romantic, he is hard to get a read on and he intentionally makes it annoying and hard to read him. He barely ever makes his intentions clear and is always scheming, he never shares what he's thinking and he likes to get under people's skin.
Abilities
Manipulation - Levi is so effective at manipulating people that he quite literally mentally damages people by just straight up talking. He can induce terror to an enemy, mind control them or even mentally shut down a target.
Otherworldly Form - Levi has two transformations at his disposal, either to a lower plane or upper plane change. When either one is activated a snake tattoo slithers up his body.
