			Dr. Targea is a doctor who tries her best to get things done but she is horrible at her job. Due to this she pours countless hours into doing her job hoping to improve in some shape or form. She is very calm and nonchalant about violence around her since she was desensitized by her time with the cult. She has her moments of being rather scholarly but that usually shines through when the topic of hexes, curses and psychology is brought up, other than that she is rather dismissive and avoids speaking passionately about anything else.

			* Targea is a changeling that lived a calm and normal life. Eventually she went to school to become a therapist, she just barely got by and eventually got certified. Once she did however, she couldn’t find a job with most high end places of practice due to a lack of experience and just barely passing grades, so she went for freelance therapy work. Eventually she was hired by a cult that worships a leviathan called Whirlling Dephts, she was understandably wary at first and was there to help any members that were stricken with mania.
			* Eventually through her time being there, she would talk about the cult with some members in their down time to try and understand why they do what thay do. After a few months of working she began to understand and get in too deep and began to feel as if they were some how making sense. So she briefly joind the cult and formed a pact with the leviathan and was bestowed new abilities, this changed her body and made her more cephalopod like her hair became a writhing mass of tentacles and her skin became octopus like allowing her to still inhibit her shapechinging abilities. She spent less time doing therapy work there and more time researching curses and hexes and after a few days of this transformation, the cult was found and all members were arrested inluding her.
			* After the whole process of being arrested for a while she was given a chance for alternate service to get out of jail time and so she was hired at the Noble Arcaneum but she wasn’t really good at that either so eventually they sent her to the Sanitorium to work there. She spends most of her time there working since she does not need to sleep at all.

== Appearance ==
Targea Blackpyre is a changling that keeps a false appearance at all times to hide her true appearance and Blackpyre heritage. In her disguised form, she resembles a high elf with long blonde hair, gold eyes and pale white skin. She often wears a dark cloak and clothes while wearing a plague doctor mask on her head. She has no birthmarks, no tattoos and no identifiable characteristics to make her easy to point out in a crowd.

In her true form, Targea has been altered by her past activities. She has long black tentacles that glow multiple shades of blue, orange and red on the under belly replace her hair. Pale blue like cephalopod skin that is always very slightly wet that has darker purple freckles and patterns of skin on her face, back, legs and hips. She has white eye brows and lashes, dark purple scleras, pink and purple irises, and bright yellow pupils, pale blue lips and razor sharp teeth with and one long tooth that functions similar to a squid or octopus' beak. She has black nails that are made of the same material as the beaks of a squid. And finally, she has gills on either side of her waist.
