Bigby assisted the likes of the Carta Cartel and other big names gangs in manufacturing and getting the drug out on the streets. With his hands in Val-Adin politics, Bigby was able to bribe and charm any major legislative resistance. Hitting the drug enforcement agencies that Elvira had put on his trail, right in their pockets. This all came crashing down when [[Croak and Dagger] stumbled onto the scene and made a righteous mess of his casino. Before all Hell broke loose, Bigby had introduced Croak and Dagger to the crime families they were screwing around with.
