Dr. Glory Nestaff is a Silver Dragonborn Sorcerer and member of the New Stormcastle branch of the Lawbringers' Guild. She is in charge of research including new weapons and armor.
She was found at the Old Western Watchtower with the recently dead body of Clifford A. Tarvoh and the stolen weapon. She attacked the party and was eventually defeated.
