Dr. Clifford A. Tarvoh is a Human Wizard and member of the New Stormcastle branch of the Lawbringers' Guild. He is in charge of training new guild members and researching potential threats.
He was found dead in the Old Western Watchtower after trying to stop Glory Nestaff from doing something dangerous.
