The Black Anchor is the tower and phylactery of Vezera.
Exterior
The exterior exists simultaneously in the Material Plane, Shadowfell, and Feywild. The tower that was in the Shadowfell was destroyed by a giant Delipha Denny stomping it to rubble.
Interior
The interior of the tower is contained within a demiplane split off from the Shadowfell.
