Vezera is a (formerly hobgoblin) lich.
He inhabits a tower called the Black Anchor, where he held hostage a Bronze Dragon named Erydyl. According to Erydyl, Vezera has three phylacteries, a tower that exists simultaniously in the Shadowfell, the Feywild, and the material plane. The tower in the Shadowfell was destroyed by Delipha Denny.
He collects minions by destroying ships in Gulf of Ghosts and creating a portal to the Shadowfell, leading them to the Black Anchor. He did this while the Banshee's Wail was attacking the Silver Swan.
