Garde Manfred is a human fighter and member of the New Stormcastle branch of the Lawbringers' Guild.
He was once a member of the Frostpoint branch of the Guild but was transferred to New Stormcastle after the Attack on Frostpoint.
During the investigation of the Meredith's Hook murders he was stationed as a guard at the bottom of the lift in Granlund Mine.
