General Sey Cynis was a prominent general in the Royal Goldmask Gendarmerie. He is now a wanted criminal.
Sey lead Goldmask's forces in the Burning-Banner War. Under his leadership, the war was quickly won. Sey worked with Garret Graywine to invent the first firearms. When Guinnevere made an assassination attempt on the King of Goldmask, Sey Cynis helped the treacherous queen to escape the city. For this, he was stripped of all ranks and made a wanted criminal. The First Party encountered him in Granlund Mine, when he took the skull of the giant skeleton on the throne in the back and teleported away.
