[[Maru the Bard]] hired Uro to steal and smuggle the [[White Dragon Claw]] into New Stormcastle and deliver it to him.
[[Kaza]] worked with Uro to discreetly teleport people into the city using the Academy's teleportation circle, until Uro had Kaza and the [[Second Party|party]] "arrested" by the Academy.

Uro is a human man with a geometric pattern tattoo over his shaved bald head.
