The Chak Codex is a book written by Catalina Chak, Savorin Chak, and Jolix Chak. It was entrusted to V5-75 after Catalina went on her final mission.

V5-75 gave the Codex to the Realm's Epitome in Quelxiros where it would be kept secure. In 1762 ADW, Jaing Chak and Marble read the Codex in the Realm's Epitome.
