Stak was given a Helm of Teleportation by the moon elves that was transmuted to instead look like a tricorn hat to match his pirate frock coat.
Ormu's Helm of Teleportation
Ormu wears a metal Helm of Teleportation from an unknown origin. He used this to teleport Commander Adania Red and the other Gloom Striders to Morket. After the attack, he used it to teleport himself, Doc and Sunrise to Arcath, then again to teleport them and the kidnapped guild leaders back to Morket.
