The Bastion of the Eye is an observatory-like relic created by Primus that has the ability to watch over the material plane. It is located in Jixaron and is currently lead by Ganneth.
The Bastion can observe any point on the material plane, as well as view the plane as a whole. It can detect any interplanar portals or extraplanar beings.
