Timeline

Disclaimer. This timeline shouldn't be used as an exact reference for the ages of NPCs. Due to the sheer number of NPCs and the improvisational element of DnD, I can not create a timeline in which one character's age doesn't nullify game events and the age of another character. Please only use this timeline to judge the order and year of certain events, and the age of established PCs. -Kent

Note BTGILW = Before The Great Infern-Lore War and ATGILW = After The Great Infer-Lore War

The Primordial Era

0-500 BTGILW - The Grand Flash. The material plane was created here. But time for outer realms may predate this realm

The Dragon Era

550 BTGILW - The First Born of Tiamat's Rage. Material plane dragons were birthed from primordial magic reacting to the elements and thus the terrifying creatures were born.

The First Star Contact Era

551 BTGILW - First Contact. Dragan eggs fell from the stars above and ended up on the material plane, most were destroyed in the impact but those that survived were able to live among dragons being completely identical.

The Strife Era

1,000-1,700 BTGILW - The First Humanoids. Infernal beings such as Tieflings settle in Infernollia and in the year 1500 celestial beings such as Aasimar settle in Celore. Tensions rise as the Tortles in Tortsville watch.

Mortal Era

2,000-2,890 BTGILW - The Mortals. Most mortal life began making settlements all over the plane

The Continental Era

2,900-3,100 BTGILW - Age of Settlement. Most continents discovered and settled except Amazon Oasis, Cybelice, Draconia

Era of Contact

3,200-4,199 BTGILW - Divine Introduction. Many Deities make contact with the material plane and some are worshipped. Draconia was created and The Amazon Oasis is claimed by the Amazons.

Sky Eater Moon, Year 3101 - High Elf Hero Era. The High Elves liberated themselves and the rest of the Elves from the Eladrin in the Feywilds and came to the Material Plane in the year 2098, The heroes Elvadira Morrgandrass and Kravenar Kezureig had their crown usurped by Cynder Kezureig and was left to be next in line for the throne. Once they got it the elves' reputation wasn't the best.

Decaying Moon, Year 3101 - The Last Dragan One Shot. The last Dragon was hunted and killed by a group of hunters and mercinaries that were hired by The President of the City of Humanity. With the help of the elves and the dwarves, they were sent right to a newly settled village on the west coast of Draconia. This last dragan named Morderkaisner was running trying to escape to Draconia with his adopted human daughter Monikha (At the time she was 5). After his death the young grief stricken Monikha rested with the corpse of her deceased father hoping he would wake up but to no avail.

Decaying Moon, Year 3103 - The King's First Daughter. Kravenar found Monikha on a mission to investigate the aftermath of Lost Draconia and find things infected by the explosion of the last dragan and brought her to the castle and they took care of her like a daughter.

The First Warforged Era

4,200-4,230 BTGILW - War Machines. Due to many minor wars allover the material plane the first warforged was created after a small war was over. The Warforged then went on to create their own home, on an uninhabited continent named New Genesis.

The Great Infern-lore War

4,500-0 - The War of Mount Celestia and The Nine Hells. The Great Infern-lore War restarted most calendars to 0. Infernollia and Celore went to war and Mephistopheles was summoned and parted Strife and left a Great Chasm in the center of the continent.

The Divine Crusades

1435 - 1500 ATGILW - The Death of Vecna. The Gods fought allover the Material Plane, some for good reasons, some for not so good reasons. Followers of The Domain of Hel and The Elvish Pantheon fight over bad blood as well as the Elves constantly defying and cheating death. Hel tried to punish the Elves for trying to find immortality. Celestian and Kelemvor fight over a small conflict in how they deal with the issue of fighting undeath. But the main point of the crusades was to go to war against Vecna and kill him. It seemed the Gods were successful and Vecna was defeated.

1490 ATGILW - Hel, Hel's Death Domain Zealots and the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse Vs Urvstir, Urvstir's Nature Domain Zealots, Torm, Torm's War Domain Zealots. A battle between these two forces happen in the Elvish Kingdom's territory.

The Realm War Era

1510-1528 ATGILW - The Atrocity War. A huge war broke out in Eldellia between the Elvish Kingdom and The Orcish Lands, each side had different alliances but it resulted in there more than half the Orcish Lands being annihilated and rendered completely infertile. The humans, vampires, and Aasimar formed the Eldellian Coalition with the Elves while the Dragonborn, Dwarves, Aarakocra, Tiefling and Goliath formed the Liberation Sect. This was a violent 18 year long war, the Eldellian Coalition won and the Liberation Sect was destroyed, and the Elvish kingdom claimed more of the continent. This war ended when elves created the first few guns (Where the Radio Silence One Shot will take place)

Decaying Moon, Year 1522 ATGILW - The Radio Silence One Shot. The war has been going on for 12 years at this point the President of the City of Humanity hired a team of soldiers and mercenaries to investigate an old abandoned radio tower within the City of Humanity's country lines. There have been numerous reports of battles being recorded and the violent death's of soldiers from both sides being broadcasted on the radios, making it very difficult to send commands with the radio.

The Legendary Adventuring Party Era

1510-1528 ATGILW - The Orphan Squad Adventures. The Orphan Squad had their epic adventure to defeat the Omega Pirate and his plan to flood the plane. With the help of Blibdoolpoolp, the Omega Pirate’s plan was to become an undisputed ruler of the continent, even the Elvish kingdom helped the Orphan Squad in the final battle.

Rise of The Cybixylonian Era

1545-1549 ATGILW - The Tech Bang. There was a mysterious impact on New Genesis which caused Warforged all over the world to drop everything they were doing to check on their home but they never returned. In those brief 4 years, the continent went through a technological boom and now the continent is referred to as Cybixlyon. This was the start of the creation of modern guns.

The Old Cyber Age Era

1549-1550 ATGILW - The Start of it All. Many countries and settlements are accepting the technology the Cybixlyonians are distributing thus bringing the world into a new era that combines two ways of life.

1549 ATGILW - Old Cyber Age. The Redeemers are formed.

1550 ATGILW - The Sea Sand War. A war between The Elvish Kingdom and The City of Humanity break out, A War Mongering Amazon named Vernagala The Man Breaker forces the humans to go to war with the Elves to get the Drow to come to the surface and take control of both the Elvish Kingdom and the City of Humanity.

1551-1553 ATGILW - The Reign of Light. The Redeemers infiltrate a fortress in the Shadow World that is being held by The Necrolestial Body so they can rescue multiple allies that have been taken by The Necrolestial Body. Multiple enemies were waiting on their arrival so they sent an army to distract the enemy so they can enter from the sewers. However, once they got they got their allies out, The Necrolestial Body was already aware of them and destroyed their boat and sent them back to the material plane after ripping the soul out of Ragnarok. The party was scattered around the material plane in the explosion and Adelard stood before The Necrolestial Body alone. He summoned Azuth to help stop the The Necrolestial Body from taking the light from Liveland, but they were both defeated and the The Necrolestial Body stole the light from Liveland and all of it's inhabitants after using his tendrils to force the portal to Azuth's demi plane of knowledge to allow the abominations to raid Azuth's library. Leaving Adelard and The Hunters of Gothica to defend the portal for the next three years.

1573-1574 ATGILW - The Era of Darkness. The children of the Redeemers have found themselves in an adventuring party of their own in a world forever changed by the actions of their parents.
