Reavers

The only thing known about the Reavers is their name. Barbatos encountered them after he struck one of their members with a rock the man called a "rock of gravity detection". The attack earned Barbatos a visit from what appeared to be everyday farmers and vendors who cornered him in an alley. The man with them,William Harper, confronted Barbatos and quickly incapacitated him with a warning. "We're watching you."
