Griffon is the oldest Harper brother. A veteran of the Seven Year War and honored captain in the Crimson Lance.

Griffon is Roland Castille's second-in-command and best friend. Griffon first met Croak and Dagger when he was heading the investigation into the disappearance of the Legendary Sword of Embers.
