Lod Blackstone is a lich, formerly a dwarf necromancer wizard, who was part of the Dark Moon.
The Second Party fought and killed him in Kord Koldar, but he returned in Galoth's Garden, still working with Clifford A. Tarvoh and apparently Maru the Bard. He tried and failed to stop the party from entering the portal to the Feywild.
