Frakt is a goblin merchant from the Rustbone bazaar in the Arcane Chambers of the Undermountain.
As part of a deal to protect the bazaar, Frakt sold his soul to the spectator. He used to sell "magic" items, only several of which were actually magic. Following TGA's advice, he now sells randomized loot boxes.
